‘Luban’ is Arabic for frankincense, a fragrant gum resin derived from Boswellia tree, predominantly found in Oman. The Sultanate has a long association with this finest form of frankincense, which is mainly used in incense and perfumes.

The appearance of our polypropylene pellets is similar to ‘Luban’, which inspired us to adopt the brand name, Luban, for this product. But that’s not all. We believe that just as Luban is known to the world as a product unique to Oman, our range of Luban polypropylene grades is distinct to the Sultanate, and has a key role in building Oman’s relations with markets around the globe.

Our Luban Polypropylene grades are widely used in several industries, including agriculture and fishing, appliances and home-wares, automotive, electronics, packing and distribution, and textiles.
