Any supplier who believes they have complaints concerning their experience with the Orpic process may file a grievance by sending an email, stating the causes of complaints, to:
Causes may be:
- Unfair treatment caused during the Orpic tendering process.
- Unfair treatment caused by Orpic Employees.
- Unfair treatment during contract execution.
Orpic will acknowledge receipt of the complaints immediately and will go through an internal process to investigate. A more detailed response regarding the grievance will be provided within 60 days.
